My person-centered approach allows me to connect easily with others. In addition to my technical skills, I work hard to provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment. In this, I will take the time to get to know you, explore your unique perspective, and discover what it is you are wanting to address in therapy. Furthermore, research shows that a good fit between the therapist and the client is the best predictor of positive change. With this in mind, I will meet you wherever you are without judgement and provide the best environment for you to reach your goals. My specialty areas have developed over years of formal training and clinical experience. They include the treatment of trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, values clarification, relationships, and self-exploration. For each client, my approach will vary based on your individual needs.
