I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in NJ. I have professional experience working in community mental health programs, private practice, and schools which has given me the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients and concerns. My areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, relationships, family dynamics, and parenting. My work is rooted in CBT, person-centered, and solution focused therapy. I pride myself on being flexible and able to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. I believe growth happens when we feel both challenged and supported.
