I work with couples, children, and teens who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in their relationships. Couples often come to therapy seeking support with repetitive conflict, emotional distance, or communication challenges, while parents may be looking for help for a child or teen struggling with anxiety, big emotions, or difficulties at home or school. My work is grounded in the belief that our relationships deeply shape emotional well-being across the lifespan.
