I’m a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Utah. I am based in the mountain state of Utah, but work with clients in California virtually. With over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, I help individuals process emotions, navigate life challenges, develop coping strategies, and find ways of healing at their own pace. I primarily support individual older teens and young adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress from trauma, life transitions, and multicultural identities. I like to provide a non-judgmental environment with authentic empowerment.
