I love to work with individuals across all stages of life—from teens to older adults—as well as couples and families supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including life transitions, relationship and family conflicts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem concerns, parenting struggles, and the emotional impact of aging.
