I aim to create an environment where people I work with feel heard, nurtured, and confident so they can share openly without fear of judgment. The majority of the clients I work with are aiming to gain insight into their own behaviors and feelings while concurrently healing emotional wounds and traumas. From our families of origin through to our present day situations, we have collected unhelpful thought patterns that can impact our emotional state - our work in therapy is to exonerate ourselves from some of the burdens of our programming and learn to embrace who we really are.
