I've been a Counselor for about a decade now. I specialize in toxic and abusive relationships. That could be with parents, a romantic partner, or friendships. The relationship between the counselor and the individual is key. It’s so important to have a trusting bond, so I will spend time getting to know you, as well as helping. I believe everyone has the power to promote change within themselves, but sometimes we all need a little guidance. What an awesome step you’ve made. I know it took courage! I offer a non-judgmental atmosphere because we're all people, and we all have pasts.
