The hardest part of therapy is starting therapy. I practice from the belief that no matter how stuck or broken you may feel, growth and healing are always possible. Using a supportive and collaborative therapeutic approach that stresses mindfulness and your resilience, I aim to foster insight into the developmental origins of your struggles, and highlight patterns of feeling, thoughts, and behavior. Therapy is an opportunity to gain insight into your more vulnerable parts of self, expand your perspective, heal and ultimately move towards self-acceptance and a more fulfilling life.
