I began my journey to social work through several years as an educator in both Montessori and Special Education and then served as a social worker in public and private schools. In that position I worked with a diverse population of children, young adults, and parents to address trauma, anxiety, depression, maladaptive behaviors and regulating emotions. I also enjoy working with adults as they navigate through various life challenges. As a former military spouse and mother of three, I have first hand knowledge of the sacrifice made by both the servicemember and the family left behind.
