I believe the most important qualities for a counselor to possess are genuineness & empathy. It is my purpose to create an atmosphere in which the client feels fully accepted exactly where they are. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and past trauma. My integrative counseling approach is guided by person centered theory, narrative, therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy with the main goal being to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
