From experience, I know it’s hard to recognize or ask for the help you need when you’re struggling. At one point in my life, I came to terms with needing help and support instead of doing it on my own and telling myself the lie - “things are not that big of a deal.” The best way to work through and heal from struggles is showing up to sessions with the openness to learn, identify, and challenge the factors affecting your wellbeing. My goal is to help assist you in taking back control of areas of your life which have felt uncontrollable, distressing, or impairing to your career, relationships, family life, or parenthood.
