As your therapist I will engage you in becoming comfortable exploring your inner self and learning where do you get stuck and what increases your satisfaction in life. Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, we will develop a plan that addresses your issues. You will learn to look in the mirror and not the magnifying glass to improve both your self image and relationships with others. You will also learn how to set boundaries; this reduces anger and increases self esteem.
