I would be a good fit if you are looking for someone highly compassionate and caring, maybe a little bit funny, but who also gently challenges you as we move towards your goals together. I have a lot of experience working with individual survivors of trauma, helping them move through trauma's impacts to reclaim their lives. I am trained in various theoretical modalities including IFS and EMDR, but I also know that sometimes people just need a safe place to talk and process life.
