For over 20 years I have had the honor of working with people who feel stuck in their lives, whether it be their jobs, their relationships, or perhaps some part of their identity. It is my goal to create a safe and welcoming space to explore patterns of behavior that may not be serving their purpose anymore. Psychotherapy is a co-created experience between therapist and client. I enjoy working individually with teens and adults, providing them with support to be their most authentic, genuine selves. I also enjoy working with adults & couples exploring their sexuality and sexual lives. I'm licensed in NY, CT, MA, VT and ME.
