With a specialization in trauma recovery and marital / couples support, I’m passionate about working with individuals and couples who are ready to explore what healing and connection can look like, especially when those things feel out of reach. I work with individuals who’ve experienced trauma, whether from childhood, relationships, or life events, and who are seeking a safe and supportive space to process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I also support couples who are navigating conflict, disconnection, or trust issues.
