Welcome! I'm Janay. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and have been practicing for 6 years. I help young adults struggling with difficult thoughts about the future or the past identify what matters most to them to live a meaningful life.
