I am a licensed clinical social worker and credentialed alcohol and substance use disorder counselor with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field. Specializing in trauma-informed and empirically supported interventions, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems and trauma-focused therapy. I am trained in providing psychedelic preparation, integration, and support and provide Ketamine-Assisted psychotherapy in partnership with New York Integrative Psychiatry.
