Helping people to rediscover their innate goodness and power is central to my work. I am particularly drawn to work with women in transition and survivors of narcissistic abuse and traumatic stress. As a licensed therapist, I support and guide Vermont and Massachusetts Clients as they move through their healing process, developing resources, processing past traumas, and integrating new ways of being in the world. In my role as a Board Certified Coach, I work with Clients who reside in any state/country. We collaborate on a journey of personal empowerment and life purpose; co-creating goals that lead to transformational growth.
