I believe that key aspects of therapy are the willingness to change, to have difficult conversations and to be challenged. Deciding to go to therapy can provoke anxiety and there are often a lot of questions about what therapy is and what it can do. My goal is to make that process easier to go through, and to understand.I strive to understand the unique needs of each individual and build a collaborative relationship. My goal is to help those I work with meet their goals by helping them build on their strengths in a caring, non-judgmental environment.
