11/5/25: Taking new clients. I am a board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor (CT/MA/ME) with 18 years of experience. I specialize in developmental trauma and work with ages 3 and up. I trust in the wisdom of clients' abilities to explore their own themes, symbols, and stories. Because we all develop our senses of self and safety within the context of early experiences, relationship-based work is essential. My approach is eclectic, holistic, trauma-informed, and mindbody-based. I tailor-fit services depending on needs/developmental age. I can teach with an Autonomic lens to help clients build of self-agency.
