Anxiety can take over quietly—racing thoughts, self-doubt, or a constant undercurrent of unease that makes it hard to fully engage with life. When paired with struggles around identity, belonging, or self-esteem, it’s easy to feel like you’re always performing, never quite at ease. I offer a space where you can exhale, show up as you are, and begin to rebuild a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in compassion and honesty. I specialize in working with anxiety, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration, using a mindfulness-based approach that invites awareness, presence, and curiosity.
