I use an integrated treatment approach, combining dynamic insight into emotional patterns with cognitive and behavioral techniques. Working collaboratively with other professionals, I can help make diagnostic assessments. In my 30 plus years of practice I have focuses on interpersonal problems, work and family issues, depression and anxiety. I am trained in areas of ADHD with adults and the family affected.
