Welcome! I'm Jane, a somatic psychotherapist based in the SF Bay Area. I help people who struggle with trauma, chaos, social inhibitions, and being overwhelmed. During our work together, we will explore and cultivate your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you. Many of my clients are successful BIPOC women who feel something is missing despite their efforts. I also help those who felt stuck or unsatisfied with past therapy. People come to me seeking someone who is not only highly trained and experienced, but also empathetic, kind and honest - someone who has done their own work and can join them in theirs. I've been using somatic work in my practice for the past 20 years, first as a massage therapist and now as an LMFT. As a somatic therapist, I know that insight and talk therapy are insufficient to help people live their best lives. By becoming more aware of your somatic experience, greater connection to self and others, and life satisfaction are inevitable.
