I am a LMFT who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I am well versed in providing treatment for anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, as well as, every day concerns. As a therapist, it is my role to create a safe and comfortable environment for you and your current journey. Together, we will address your needs and work on specific goals to help you get to where you want to be. My therapeutic approach uses cognitive behavioral techniques that are goal oriented and solution focused. I help my clients learn and implement new coping skills, problem solve, and change behavior patterns to help with symptom relief.
