If you're here, you're here to heal and therapy is that space for healing wounds and growing stronger. I'm here to remind you that it doesn't have to feel like this all the time. My strengths as a clinician are helping you get to the other side of your heavy feelings, the anxious thoughts, the hard relationships that you're trying to make sense of while using practical applications of coping skills that you can take with you every day. My approach is empathetic, honest and supportive with the right amount of push. Where you are right now is not the final destination, it’s one step of a whole entire journey.
