I specialize in improving the connection between parents and children who are adults, teens, or younger. Senior citizens yearning to improve their relationship with a grown-up kid and wanting to experience the joy of reconnecting, sharing stories, understanding, and feeling understood are delighted with how much our work together transforms their relationship. There is nothing better than bridging the generation gap and creating new memories together. I also work with sibling conflict and couple challenges. I help my clients discover the wisdom within themselves - the resilience and strength they never realized the had. Together, we integrate compassion for others with a new compassion for oneself.
