I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected or unsure how to move forward after loss, conflict, or change. Together we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and uncover patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. My goal is to help you move toward steadier, more connected, and more fulfilling ways of living and being with others.
