Welcome! As a clinical psychologist, I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. I also work with people who are experiencing significant loss or life transitions. I provide a confidential, safe, and compassionate setting where you can feel understood on your own terms. My eclectic approach to treatment includes psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness perspectives, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
