I am passionate about providing quality, personalized mental wellness my clients. As a licensed master social worker, with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in working with children, adolescents and their families. I have extensive experience working with young people with anxiety disorders, major depression, autism, anger management and executive functioning deficits, learning difficulties and family conflict. I use an eclectic, strength based approach to empower my clients to learn and own self- compassion, to rewrite their life narrative to become their best selves.
