My priority is to meet you where you are in order to help you on your journey to a more authentic and fulfilling life and I will tailor the treatment to meet your individual needs and goals. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a variety of theories that will allow us to look at the root of your concerns. I also utilize mindfulness techniques and behavioral strategies to help you improve your coping and self-care skills.
