Many of us enter therapy feeling lost. Starting this journey-lost in the forest of feelings, pain, or trauma-can be so daunting. But this is likely one of the bravest things you'll ever do. And you shouldn't have to wander this forest alone. As your therapist, I'll walk beside you each step of the way, as your equal, your guide, and your support through the journey to healing. I have spent two decades working with young people and families-as an educator, social worker, activist, and psychotherapist. My practice is firmly rooted in the power of empathy and connection, and I embrace the chance to create a space where you can feel vulnerable, safe, and seen.
