Hi, I’m Janeé! I help clients who need to feel heard, who need validation, empathy, and empowerment to create a plan to change. Clients who see me want to see a reduction in their symptoms, heal over current and past traumas, the ability to learn alternate perspectives that will help them problem solve effectively, and the ability to take this renewed problem solving and use it to continue to grow and build self awareness. My goal is to give you the tools you need to help you grow from your struggles, heal from from your pain, and promote the self-awareness you need to move forward to where you want to be in your life. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, understanding more about you and your background, listening to your concerns, & customizing a treatment plan.
