I am an associate therapist at The Center for Compassion, where we provide mindful care for painful times. I believe that with the proper support, a person can begin to rebuild, adjust, and make meaning out of their experiences and losses, all while continuing to honor and feel connected to their loved one along the way. I am passionate about helping others navigate through grief, loss, trauma, and life’s many challenges.
