Have you been considering therapy? What’s stopping you from engaging in therapy? One of my goals is to destigmatize and normalize therapy, particularly in marginalized communities and expand access to therapy. As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe, supportive, comfortable, judgment-free environment that allows one to feel comfortable enough to open up and share their story and experiences. My focus areas are individuals coping with life stressors, depression, anxiety, family relationships and other diagnoses and stressors that are impacting your daily functioning.
