I collaborate closely with my clients, creating a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate challenging situations, life transitions, and personal relationship issues. I have a calm demeanor that puts clients at ease and gives them the freedom to share their story without fear of being judged, while listening with compassion. I’m able to see the humor in some situations while maintaining professionalism. My focus is on individuals aged 21 and older, particularly addressing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I work with adults of all backgrounds, identities and lifestyles. I provide a private, supportive space where you can arrive as you are and explore your growth at your own pace.
