Taking the first step when seeking more balance in your life can be incredibly scary, but it is also a sign that you can face with courage whatever isn’t working well. I will co-journey with you towards healing and have experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors across a range of mental health challenges, including grief and chronic illness/pain.
