My mission is to empower you with the skills, self-knowledge, and confidence to heal, grow, and develop a lasting sense of wellness about yourself and others. I join with the client to provide a personalized approach incorporating various therapeutic methods, including EFT, Gottman, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have special interest and training in the following areas: depression/anxiety, marital/premarital, grief, cancer, family conflict, co-dependency, life transitions, and general adult issues.
