I work with a broad population of people from diverse walks of life. I'm an open and accepting therapist that loves what I do and the people I work with. I believe that healing your relationship with yourself and others starts with the courage to make an appointment and say "HELP!" I work with couples, families, and individuals. I also work with children and adolescents who have had trauma affecting their lives. I've been using EMDR with my clients since 2017 and believe the research that supports its efficacy.
