Working through difficult life experiences can feel overwhelming. I use a compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental approach with evidence based treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in helping the client to find balance and more life satisfaction. My hope is to create a safe environment for individuals to gain insight and clarity, and start the healing process. I work with clients who experience a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, coping with difficult life transitions, and grief.
