Many of my clients are struggling to overcome situations and expectations that feel way beyond their control. Whether these are coming from the inside or outside they can be overwhelming and painful. It can feel like we are no match for our thoughts and feelings but my clients learn to recognize their resources, using them to tame despair, negativity bias, fear and isolation. In that process clients experience their relationships and actions aligning more with what they really want.
