My name is Janet Rodriguez and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I like to create a space where individuals feel safe, supported, where they can be their authentic selves and find humor in life's unpredictability. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, first-generation and immigrant Americans. I enjoy working with individuals who are transitioning to parenthood, want to focus on self-confidence and self-compassion, experienced family dysfunction growing up, and are looking to understand themselves better.
