I have helped families, couples, and individual clients heal, grow, and change their lives. I work to enhance and expand people's ability to experience deeper connection with themselves and others. I believe in treating the whole person and not just mental health symptoms. Through therapy I help people in their desire to close the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be.
