When communication breaks down, conflict feels constant, or a betrayal has occurred, it can leave both partners feeling disconnected and discouraged. In couple's counseling, I provide a safe space to understand negative patterns, begin repairing trust, closeness and emotional intimacy. I am a warm, experienced individual, family and couple's therapist trained at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Drawing on advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I use a relational and systemic approach to help families and couples break negative cycles, communicate more effectively, and deepen their bonds.
