I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience working in a variety of settings and with an array of issues. I have worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years and have a strong history with children and adolescents. I also have experience with young to geriatric-age adults. My interest is in supporting individuals as they progress towards better lives. I have worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, women's issues, and life transitions. I completed my Master's degree in Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and also have experience in utilizing narrative therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
