Janet Winocour works with individual adults and couples and has been leading a 15 week separation/divorce support group for over 30 years. The next group will start in May 2025. Janet specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss and trauma. She is a certified Imago Couples Therapist, certified group therapist and is trained in IFS(Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotional Freedon Technique). Several times a year, Janet co-leads a day long Couples Connection Workshop that combines communication theories and techniques to help couples build a more meaningful and intentional relationship.
