My name is Dr. Janeth Guzman. I hold a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my professional focus is on working with teens, individuals, families, and couples. I am a licensed LMFT. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I have extensive experience in trauma therapy and am certified in Brainspotting, trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, client-centered, and Somatic Work. Additionally, I am a Sandplay Therapist Associate. These diverse therapeutic approaches allow me to tailor my methods to each client's unique needs, providing a safe and healing space for them to navigate life.
