Life can be hard, but you don't have to go it alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide all clients a safe space and act as a supportive resource for when the hard times become too much to manage. I enjoy working with couples, adults, teens, and families. All individuals and couples, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as non-monogamous or nontraditional relationship structures are and will be valued, supported, and advocated for. I enjoy working with all groups and individuals needing support in relation to anxiety, stress, sexual concerns, sexuality, identity, and trauma.
