I strive to support adults as they encounter difficulties and questions about life transitions i.e. divorce, retirement, health concerns, aging, empty nesting or dying. Anxiety, depression and grief can be normal reactions to these transitions and can distract from healthy living. Healing and growth can happen using relationship, thoughtful introspection, understanding, respect and even humor. I love the Buddhist quote, 'pain is inevitable but suffering is optional'. Often what we do to ourselves in our minds is worse than the actual event. Let's talk!
