I have an unusual combination of specialties as both a clinical counselor and a spiritual director. I absolutely love working with couples and am trained in the Developmental Model; a system that follows the stages of relationship development. I also have specialized training to treat anxiety disorders like Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Panic Disorder and utilize ERP for OCD and In Vivo treatment where appropriate. I also have a Divinity degree and a background in a faith-based non-profit, which make integrating a client's faith a particular joy in therapy.
