I believe meaningful change for children begins in a safe, accepting, and trusting relationship. My work is grounded in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), which honors play as a child’s natural language and provides a developmentally appropriate way for children to express emotions, experiences, and challenges that may be difficult to put into words. I strive to create a calm, nurturing space where children feel seen, valued, and free to lead at their own pace. In play therapy sessions, children are invited to express themselves through play, creativity, and imagination while I provide attuned presence, reflection, and support.
